Fjölvar Darri Rafnsson

Mr. Fjolvar Darri Rafnsson is Chairman of the Board of Stallar ehf. and Thyrluthjonustan ehf., as well as being a shareholder in the companies. He is a shareholder in Wedo ehf. and held the position of CFO in the company from 2016-2020. He was one of the founders of Alva ehf. that owned the companies Bland, Heimkaup, Skifan, Hopkaup and founded Netgiro (2010-2016). He also founded, with his wife, the company Vatn og Veitur in 2010, which was sold in 2017. He was General Manager of Pharma Investment B.V. 2006-2010, a Dutch holding company that was owned by Milestone and EBRD and made investments in pharmaceutical chains in Eastern Europe. Prior to that he was Assistant CEO of Dagur Group ehf. and CEO at Office1, 2004-2006. Mr. Rafnsson served in various management positions at Lyfja hf. 2000-2004, among them Human Resources Director and Operational Manager. Prior to that he worked at Capacent Iceland. He holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Psychology from the University of Iceland.

Magnús Norðdahl

Magnus has over 25 years’ experience in various management positions within industries such as Software Development, IT, Pharmaceutical and Banking in Iceland, in Europe and in the United States. He has a proven track record and management skills with good results, focusing on customer relations, quality, sustainability, profitability and controlled growth.
Magnus graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rockford College in 1986, and with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1988 and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1989 from the University of California.
